With almost a decade serving the startup ecosystem, Chiara’s passion lies in helping founders solve problems with technology. At Twilio, she is responsible for building meaningful relationships with strategic partners, educating founders through workshops and office hours, and inspiring startups around the world through the Twilio Startups program.
Prior to Twilio, Chiara managed the EMEA region for SendGrid’s startup program along with supporting the company's international growth. She has worn many hats in her
career, from marketing and sales, to community building and international expansion. She believes that putting the customer first should be every business’s #1 priority.
Alex has built his career in the Customer Relationship Management space.
Starting out at Internet providers like 1&1 Internet and Strato AG, he quickly found his passion in building out best customer experiences for Spark Networks, where he headed pricing and the Customer Relationship Management division, before he transitioned to HelloFresh in a senior capacity.
Here, he lives his vision of 'Customer is King' and ensures that every interaction a customer has with HelloFresh is a great one.

Erik leads Twilio's customer success team in supporting all plattform users throughout EMEA to optimize their Twilio accounts and get the most out of their customer communication strategies. Prior to joining Twilio SendGrid, Erik spent over 10 years developing content and messaging strategies for email marketing programs in the gaming, retail and travel verticals.
